UDF'S new budget. New housing scheme 'SABHALYAM' this year.

TVM.as a threat to EMS housing K.M.Mani introduced a new housing scheme 'sabhalyam' in Niyamasabha.he announced that the new scheme will implement in this year and give 10000 house to homeless poor this year.He did not said any thing about EMS housing.But earlier govt has decided to review EMS housing.This show that EMS housing may be stopped.
