Central ministry of water and sanitation reconsidered the fund requirement for the conversion of dysfunctioning toilets to functional ones, and decided that the state can use SBK and World Bank fund for the maintenance of toilets as per actual requirements subject to the ceiling of Rs12000 per unit.
