10th PayCommission Terms of Refernce
Terms of Reference
As per the Government Order G.O(Ms) No.583/2013/Fin
dated 30/11/2013, a Pay Revision Commission has been constituted for
revising the pay and allowances of Government employees, Staff of
education institutions, Local bodies etc. Government order that the
following will be the Terms of Reference to the Commission:-
Certificate attestation is not needed - Govt order issued
TVM.On the basis of the 12th report of the second Administrative Reforms Commission, the government
has decided to simplify procedures for attestation of certificates for
all official purposes, said chief minister Oommen Chandy. The Cabinet
has approved the recommendations of the commission in this regard and no
more attestation by gazetted officers is needed.
