Court case - regulariration of KSRTC employees in uncertainty

Association of provisional 5 year completed employees in KSRTC who were appointed through employment exchange file case against the govt decision to appoint the eight year completed empanelled employees . They demanded that the govt regulerise them along with the empanelled employees. Other wise cancel the regulerisation.they said that they were appointed through govt agency but the empanelled employees appointed without exam or interview.

PSC starts to prepare LDC short lists

PSC meeting held yesterday gave permission to prepare LDC rank lists in Palakkad , Kasargod and Idukki districts. 1000 candidates will be in the main list of Idukki and Kasargod districts. 2000 candidates will be in the Palakkad short list. Earlier commission has given permission to prepare Kozhikkode LDC short list. All districts LDC short lists will be prepared before April. PSC meeting also decided to inform exam time table , interviews and certificate verification through LSG institutions.

General transfer in Panchayaths-last date of application extended to February 13

Last date of application for general transfer (2012-13) in in Panchayath dept extended to February 13. Employees can apply for transfer at Panchayath deputy director.

Training for LSGD new assistant engineers

New LSGD Assistant engineers who are appointed as per the 2011 december 19th and 20th PSC advice will have one day training at 10 am on  2end february at  Thyccadu PWSD rest house.Chief Engineer informed that the new AEs must attend the training.

LDC Kozhikode short list soon(?)

Thiruvananthapuram. If we can beleive news report, the Lower division clerk Kozhikode short list will published soon. Malayala Manorama and Desabimani published this news on 24th January. As per the news at about 1500 candidates will be in the main list. But the interesting fact is that the LGS short list has not published yet.

Govt ordered to change APL ration cards to BPL based on the new BPL list

Food and civil supplies department issue an order to convert APL cards to BPL, if the family included in the new BPL list and own a APL ration card.The govt issue this order in connection with the chief ministers mass contact programme.Based on the order no. GO (MS) No. 38/11/FACSD dated 15.11.2011 some Project officers have given direction to BDO's to collect the application and send application and enquiry reports to the taluk supply officers with covering letter. The civil supplies dept will take further action. But some of the civil supplies officials said that they has not got the order yet .

Conversion of BPL ration cards to APL cards - last date extended to January 31

Thiruvananthapuram. The food and civil supplies department has extended the the last date of changing APL ration cards to January 31.
Earlier the govt has found 24000 govt employees had illegally secured BPL ration cards and steps were taken to cancel their ration cards.The govt had direct to covert these cards in to APL by January 15. But only 8000 officials had complied with the directive and surrender their cards.
