As per the state decentralised planning committee meeting held on 04/01/2012 govt increased the
unit cost of SC and ST housing in panchayaths to Rs 2lakh and 2.5 lakh respectively. This came to effect from 15/09/2011, on that day SC department increased the unit cost of SC hopusing.Earlier the govt has increased the IAY SC housing unit cost.
