22-11-2013: Those people, who come under Ashraya project, those
undergoing dialysis, those who are specially challenged, having autism
and like ailments in six categories were included in BPL category so as
to provide free treatment to them, said CM while inaugurating the JSP at
Thrissur.
Certain uncertainties were noticed in converting APL category to BPL.
AS per present law many of them cannot be converted into BPL category.
But it is not right to include those in Ashraya project under APL
category. CM said that such people would be converted to BPL category.
