Land Registration before 4th instalment Orders issued

Thiruvananthapuram. Land registration in favour of Gramapanchayaths
 by the housing beneficiaries should be made only before getting 
4th installment. Earlier it was before getting 3rd installment. Govt
 issued orders amending it.
