Kerala government yesterday relaxed the rules for getting jobs in govt service under die in harness scheme.As per this the die in harness dependent will get job as per his/her educational qualification.

Machineries can be used in MGNREGS - Orders Issued

ND.Government Of India issued a direction  in MGNREGS that some machineries can be used in the scheme. MORD issued guidelines for using compressor Hammer and Motorized chain pulley for dug wells,Mechanical mixer, Mechanical Vibrator for road works.

Thiruvananthapuram.govt issued an order to permit grama panchayath or block panchayath secretaries for giving BPL certificate to applicants in connection with Right to information act. Govt issued this order after verifying the Kerala Grama panchayath associations representation.View Download

IAY selection of beneficiary- new direction issued

CRD issued a circular regarding the selection of beneficiary from IAY beneficiary list.As per this the panchayath secretaries send permenant IAY list to BDOs through email and also give a hard copy.
Then a housing assistant availed beneficiaries list should be prepared .which include all the beneficiaries details who got financial assistants from Grama panchayath, IAY, SC department s etc in the past 12 years.
The IAY should be started only after the verification of this list.

Tvm.state kudumbashre mission approved CDS chairpersons' representation to move assistant secretary from the member secretary post and designate VEO as the member secretary. Mission forward this representation to coordination committee.Reports from mission says that  the co ordination committee will approve this.we can expect the order within weeks.

KERALA ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE - Kerala Government Approved

The Kerala Cabinet on Wednesday decided to bring legislation to set up State Civil Service.

It approved report of a committee headed by the Chief Secretary recommending formation of Kerala Administrative Service covering 18 departments. Posts of officers above the lowest level of gazetted officers will be treated as equivalent to that of deputy collectors and included in the Kerala Administrative Service. (They will include under secretaries and those above them in the State service). While 50 per cent of the posts in the Service will be filled up this way, the balance will be filled through direct recruitment. The PSC will conduct civil service examinations for this purpose.

NationalGramin Awaas Mission(GRAM) is coming instead of IAY Housing

 The central govt is going to implement a new housing scheme GRAM.As per the discussion note says that the new Central assistant will be 1.5 lakh.The minimum plinth area will be 30 sq meter.Toilet withbathing space ,biological waste treatment facility will be in the house.The site identified for construction would be photographed and latitude longitude coordinates recorded along with the photographs would be geo -tagged and time stampped.

Certificate attestation is not needed - Govt order issued

TVM.On the basis of the 12th report of the second Administrative Reforms Commission, the government has decided to simplify procedures for attestation of certificates for all official purposes, said chief minister Oommen Chandy. The Cabinet has approved the recommendations of the commission in this regard and no more attestation by gazetted officers is needed.
