400 ചതുരശ്ര മീറ്ററിനു മുകളിലുള്ള വീടുകള്‍ക്ക് സൗരോര്‍ജ സംവിധാനം നിര്‍ബന്ധം

കൊച്ചി: 400 ചതുരശ്ര മീറ്ററിനു മുകളിലുള്ള വാസഗൃഹങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് സൗരോര്‍ജ സംവിധാനം നിര്‍ബന്ധമാക്കുന്നതും പഞ്ചായത്തുകളിലെ കെട്ടിട നിര്‍മാണത്തിന് സ്ഥല വിസ്തീര്‍ണാനുപതം 2.5-ല്‍ നിന്ന് 4 ആക്കിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ളതുമായ പുതിയ പഞ്ചായത്ത് കെട്ടിടനിര്‍മാണ ചട്ട ഭേദഗതി നിലവില്‍ വന്നു. പഞ്ചായത്ത് കെട്ടിട നിര്‍മാണ ചട്ടങ്ങളിലെ അവ്യക്തതകളും പോരായ്മകളും പരിഹരിച്ച് പുറത്തിറക്കിയ വിജ്ഞാപനത്തില്‍ പൊതുജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പരമാവധി പെര്‍മിറ്റുകള്‍ പഞ്ചായത്തില്‍ നിന്നുതന്നെ അനുവദിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്ന രീതിയിലാണ് ചട്ടങ്ങള്‍ പരിഷ്‌കരിച്ചത്.പുതിയ ചട്ടപ്രകാരം മൂന്നുസെന്റ് സ്ഥലത്ത് 3000 ചതുരശ്ര അടി വരെ കെട്ടിട നിര്‍മാണത്തിന് ലഭിച്ചിരുന്ന അനുമതി ഇനി 4800 വരെയാവും. എന്നാല്‍ 3600 ചതുരശ്ര അടിക്ക് ശേഷമുള്ള ചതുരശ്ര മീറ്ററിന് 300 രൂപ ഫീസ് അടയ്ക്കണം. 100 ചതുരശ്ര മീറ്റര്‍ വരെയുള്ള വാസഗൃഹങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പെര്‍മിറ്റ് ആവശ്യമില്ല.

Government of India, commenced the Socio Economic and Caste Census (SECC) 2011, in June 2011 through a comprehensive door to door enumeration across the country. This is the first time such a comprehensive exercise is being carried out for both rural and urban India.
The entire exercise will be paperless, done on handheld electronic device (tablet PC). This will drastically reduce data entry errors and enumerator discretion.
