central govt has published the draft IAY guidelines for the 12th five year plan.As per the new guideline no maximum plinth area is specified .But says Thematerials for the house shall be such as to withstand normal wear and tear due to weather with reasonable maintenance for atleast 20 years. cost of photographs
of the house at various stages and Cost of quality supervision and monitoring through visit can be maintained from the administrative cost .Amount for board also provided from the same.
