Right to Service Act to be implemented in three months

Thiruvananthapuram . Right to Service Act to be implemented in three months The Government has decided to implement Right to Service Act in the state in a time bound manner, said CM. Though there is a six month period, Government is aiming to implement it in three months. He was briefing the cabinet decisions here today.
A cabinet subcommittee comprising of Ministers for Finance, Industries and Revenue has been formed to look into its functioning.

Grace marks for Student Police Cadets

Grace marks would be awarded for Student Police Cadets from now on modeled on the grace marks awarded to NCC cadets. 10% grace marks would be awarded to those who secure A+ in all subjects. 7% and 5% grace marks would be given to those SPCs who get A and B grades in exams respectively.

KERALA GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ONAM BONUS AND FESTIVAL ALLOWANCE 2012

Kerala government employees festival allowance, festival advance and Onam bonus will announced next week. It is expected that the advance may increased to Rs.10,000 and the bonus will also increase from the last bonus. Salary ceiling may also increased to 12,000.

Finance dept gave report to govt - reduce govt employees benefits and hike pension age

Thiruvananthapuram. Finance department gave its report to over come the financial crisis of the government. Reports says that the finance dept recommend to hike the govt employees pension age to 58 from the present 56,declared saturday as holiday and change the present working houres 10am-5pm to 9.30am-5.30pm. As per the report casual leave will reduce to 12 from the present 20. In addition to this finance department propose the implementation of new pension scheme in the state, ie the contributary pension system. Some report says that finance dept is going to reduce the leave surrender benefit to govt employees. Finance dept also against the creation of new posts in the state.
