KCDEOA പോലുള്ളവ പരാജയപ്പെടുന്നു എന്നാ ആരോപണത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്നാണിത് . KCDEOA യുടെ ശ്രമങ്ങള്‍ പലപ്പോഴും ലക്‌ഷ്യം കാണുന്നില്ലുന്നു മാത്രമല്ല പലപ്പോഴും മറ്റു ജീവനക്കാരുടെ എതിര്‍പ്പിനും ഇടയാക്കുന്നു എന്നാ ആരോപണം പുതിയ സംഘടനയ്ക് പിന്നിലുള്ളവര്‍ മുന്നോട്ടു വെക്കുന്നു. ഇതു സംബന്ദിച്ചു രണ്ടു മാസം മുന്‍പ് ആലപ്പുഴയില്‍ നടന്ന യോഗത്തില്‍ പുതിയ സംഘടനയുടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ നിലപാടുകളെ പറ്റി തര്‍ക്കമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു . VEO മാരുടെ ജോലിയെ പ്രതികൂലമാകുന്ന നിലപാടുകള്‍ ഉയരുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് VEO മാര്‍ക്കയുള്ള ഈ സംഘടനയെ പുനരുജ്ജെവിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമം.

ReplyDeletethe old achi have to know some facts. an article regarding veo traines suffering published on thozhilvartha based on our report. we have send complaints to cm, rd minister, mla and other publications regarding low salary and ias like training which is given to us. regarding stipend changing to new basic we put file from commisonarate, lsgd department only at finance we failed to move the paper.besides we are now decided to file a case in high court to take away implementation otherwise give deecend salary as other implementing officer get. whther achi or kuchi do the things and then make the joke sandeep

One Ali or Balachandran is not a matter of fact.They are sitting at the edge of retirement.So they have no motivation to do great things, its quiet natural.Similar efforts were rised from tvm dt.in the name KVEO.Nothing was happen. Actually it is the time to move as unique to earn benefits. Otherwise those stand outside will defeat us.So my opinion is, be active and correct KCDEOA

ReplyDeleteI am an old achee. What u people in other words, new achees doing is rite for me. When we were in your seats, we have managed to get the court order for increasing the basic pay from mere Rs.950 to 3050. That was achieved only because of our hardwork, not of kcdeoa. Although they showcased it as their result, doesn't matter, all knows who is behind it. In my belief, new and new leaders must come into kcdeo to rejuvenate it.

വാദ പ്രതിവാദത്തിനില്ല. ഞാന്‍ ഒരു പഴയ വി.ഇ.ഒ, ആവേശം നല്ലത്. വി.ഇ.ഒമാരുടെ ജോലി ശൈലി പരിശോധിക്കുക. എല്ലാം ചെയ്യുന്നവരും നിയമം നോക്കി ചെയ്യുന്നവരുമുണ്ട്. എല്ലാം ചെയ്യുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഈ ജോലി നല്ലത്. നിയമം നോക്കി ചെയ്യുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഈ ജോലി ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട്. എല്ലാവരും ഒരേ ശൈലി പിന്തുടരുക, സംഘടനയിലും ഡിപ്പാര്‍ട്ട്മെന്‍റെിലും വിജയം ഉറപ്പ്.
