Incomplete Houses other than IAY- financial assistance can be given
Thiruvananthapuram.Govt issued an order to allow subsidy at the new rate, for the incomplete
houses in Gramapanchayaths, Municipalities and Corporations. The
benefit will be permissible only to incomplete houses other than IAY

The proposed bill will form the basis for the procurement system of Government departments, Public Sector Undertakings, Local Self Government Institutions, Universities and Autonomous bodies etc. It has become necessary to frame the bill incorporating all amendments and orders issued so far to take care of the latest technological and procedural advancements in making purchase decisions.
