VEO basic qualification change to Degree .

Alappuzha.A news report from TVM said that the basic qualification of village extension officer will change to degree.Due to the large number of unfilled VEO vacancies in the state ,RD minister asked about the reason behind it.In addition to this, to solve the anomalies in the pay revision it is needed to change the basic qualification.
