10th pay commission report part 2 submitted

The 10 thPay Revision Commission has submitted the first part of it'sreport on the pay, allowances, pension, and allied matters of employees and pensioners on 13.07.2015. The first part covered most of the issues but certain topics were not included owing to paucity of time as well as for enabling further detailed studies

. The following issues mentioned in the terms of reference, which were not covered in the first part are now included in the second and final part of the report. Also, certain issues which find mention in the first part are further elucidated.
