Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Rules) Department issued an order to approve  Various courses conducted by Government/Autonomous Institutions - Equivalent to / Higher qualification to DCA for selection to the post of Assistant in Government Secretariat, KPSC etc

      I heard that there is no need of DCA certificate for the the candidates who studied computer science in plus 2. Is it right or wrong.
