TIN and AHL TIN . Last Six digits(Right most) of TIN and AHL TIN are the House hold SL no and Member SL NO. Suppose the SL NO of house hold is 10 and in this family the third and fourth members are marked as Migrated inside EB. Then the last Six Digits of TIN as well as AHL TIN of the head of family will be “010001” and for the second member this will be “010002” and so on. For the person who has been selected as Migrated inside EB this six Digits of TIN and AHL TIN will be different. In the above example the TIN of third and fourth members will be “010003 “and “010004”. But AHL TIN will be different. Suppose in this EB the last SL NO is 126. Then system will automatically reserve one SL NO for this third and fourth persons treating them as a new family here it will be 127. Hence the last Six digits of AHL TIN of this third and fourth member will be “127001” and “127002”.
When you reaches the residence where this separated family resides you have to enter the SL NO of their parent family in which we have marked them as MI.
In the above example we will be entering the SL NO of household as “010” again. Now a display will come as “ An entry already exists. View Enumerator Remarks?” Now click cancel and you can see that the old image of parent family appears again. In this image Select option will not be available for those who have already enumerated. But against the names of people marked earlier as Migrated inside EB, now the select option will be available. Make the available as per the respondents answers and proceed further like any other house. Finally while saving the data note the Last SIX DIGITS of the AHL TIN and find out the SL NO of house hold write this number in the eighth column of AHL booklet and fill in the other particulars in all the columns where we enter the details of newly added families.
SPECIAL NOTE:
While at the beginning of enumeration, first thing to do at the first house is setting the SSLID Gramsansad Code and Name. It is nothing but the New ward number and its name. Govt has instructed all the local body authorities to put this new ward and House number at each residence. So find the ward number and click on the “SSLID configuration” Tab appears in the screen appears immediately after the user login and enter the ward code against SSLID Gramsansad Code. It should have three digits. If the ward number is “1 “ then put “001”. Enter the name of the ward if known and if not known put “0” there. Then click on create file and press escape button. Now click on Data Entry option. Now you can see that the ward number set as Gramsansad Code appears on the screen in which we enter the SL NO of household. At every house assure that the ward number written at residence and Gramsansad code in Tablet PC are same. When the number gets changed go back to the previous screen and re configure the SSLID to incorporate the changed number.
Gramapanchayath code and Gramsansad code are different.

Case No- 3
In certain families we are selecting some of its members as “Migrated inside EB.” These members will be residing in the same EB as a separate family. How to enumerate them?
Migrated inside EB is to be handled very carefully. When you select one or more persons in a family as Migrated inside EB You are just entering their Gender and year of Birth only. Remaining particulars are not asked to fill in. Finally at the time of saving the details of that particular house hold you can see that for every individual two TIN numbers in each record.TIN and AHL TIN . Last Six digits(Right most) of TIN and AHL TIN are the House hold SL no and Member SL NO. Suppose the SL NO of house hold is 10 and in this family the third and fourth members are marked as Migrated inside EB.
