    The prime solution to VEO's hardships is to raise the Qualification for the post.....from the existing SSLC 40% to Graduation....

    The only solution to VEO's hardships and meager payments is to RAISE THE QUALIFICATION FOR THE POST FROM THE EXISTING SSLC + 40% TO GRADUATION.....

    first of all the strategy of training of veo should be changed or it should be made job oriented.
    1) they should give training in respect to the practical type of job done in panchayaths.
    2)preservice to inservice
    3)the pass certificate should be given some weightage or accredition
