Assistant Secretary becomes the implementing officer of SC projects and MGNREGS

Thiruvananthapuram. Coordination commiteemeeting held December 18th decided to give digital signature to Assistant Secretary and designate AS as the implementing officer of all SC projects in Gramapanchayths.
