LIFE Mission-Spill Over House Completion- Detailed Guidelines Issued

life mission issued detailed guidelines for the completion of Spill Over Houses under various Housing Schemes. The completion should be planned in a campaign mode. Contractors are permitted to engage in the campaign and will be selected through tender process. As the first phase of LIFE Mission, all Spill Over houses should be completed before 31/03/2018.
