LAPTOPS to all LSGIs order issued

Govt issued an order to give permission to all LSGIs for purchasing LAPTOPs and internet connectivity for all LSGI secretaries and presidents . As per this order block panchayath ,jilla panchayath etc can also buy LAPTOPS.
