Govt staffs’ salary distribution: Oppn stages walkout

Wednesday, October19, 2011: CPM-led LDF Opposition in Kerala on Wednesday staged a walkout from the Assembly as a protest against Speaker G. Karthikeyan’s refusal to entertain their adjournment motion on the distribution of salary and pension of government employees through new generation banks.

Replying to the adjournment motion moved by Thomas Issac MLA, Finance Minister KM Mani opined that the salary, pension and other allowances were distributed through ATMs for the convenience of the employees.

Minister informed the Assembly that the government’s other financial dealings were not being done through banks. Following the Minister’s response Speaker denied the permission for the Opposition’s adjournment motion, after which they walked out from the House.

നിയമസഭയില്‍ ശ്രി അഹമ്മദ് കബീര്‍ MLA വടക്കന്‍ ജില്ലകളിലെ VEO  മാരുടെ കുറവ് പരിഹരിക്കാന്‍ എന്ത് നടപടിയെടുക്കും എന്ന് ചോദിച്ച ചോദ്യത്തിന് ഉത്തരമായാണ് ഗ്രാമവികസന വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി ഗവണമെന്റ് 24 /03 /2010  ല്‍  1006 /10 LSGD  ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം വി ഈ ഓ മാരെ പുനര്‍വിന്യാസം നടത്താന്‍ ഉത്തരവിട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് വെക്തമാക്കിയത്.അയതിന്‍ പ്രകാരം വി ഈ ഓ സര്‍ക്കിളുകള്‍ പുനര്‍ നിശ്ചയിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ PSC യ്ക്ക് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്‌ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള ഒഴിവുകളില്‍ നിയമിക്കുന്നവരെ വടക്കന്‍ ജില്ലകളിലുല്പ്പെടെ നിയമിക്കുന്നതയിരിക്കുമെന്നു മന്ത്രി മറുപടി നല്‍കി.

SC Department housing financial aid increased to 2 lakh; This will affect IAY implementation

TVM.As per govt order GO (MS)no93/11 /sc.st.dd dated15.9.2011SC dept increased the housing aid toSC/ST increased to Rs 2,00,000 and 2,50,000 respectively.As per another GO (MS)96/11/scstdd dated 28/09/11 govt make this increased amount to all spill over houses

നിലവില്‍ എഗ്രിമെന്റ് വെച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവര്‍ പോലും വീട് വെക്കതിരിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥിതിയുണ്ടാകാന്‍ ഈ ഉത്തരവ് കാരണമായിരിക്കുകയാണ്.ഗ്രാമ വികസന വകുപ്പിന്‍റെ ഭാവന നിര്‍മാണ ധന സഹായം അടിയന്തിരമായി വര്‍ധിപ്പിച്ചില്ലെങ്കില്‍ ഈ വകുപ്പിലെ വീടിനു ആളില്ലാത്ത സ്ഥിതിയുണ്ടാകും

സ്റ്റാഫ്‌ എന്നാ അവശ്യം നിയമസഭയിലുയര്‍ന്നു. എം എല്‍ എ പി    ശ്രീരാമകൃഷ്ണന്‍ നിയമസഭയില്‍ ഇതു സംബണ്ടിച് ചോദ്യമുന്നയിച്ചു .

(എ) നിലവില്‍ ഗ്രാമവികസന വകുപ്പില്‍ എത്ര വി.ഇ.ഒമാര്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്; ഇതില്‍ ഗ്രേഡ് ക, ഗ്രേഡ് കക തസ്തികകളില്‍ എത്ര വീതമുണ്ട്;

(ബി) 2006 മുതല്‍ സര്‍വ്വീസില്‍ കയറിയ വി.ഇ.ഒ ഗ്രേഡ് കക മാരുടെ സീനിയോറിറ്റി ലിസ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ;

(സി) ഇല്ലെങ്കില്‍ എന്നത്തേക്ക് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കാനാകും;

(ഡി) ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് തലത്തില്‍ പദ്ധതി നിര്‍വ്വഹണത്തിന്റെ നല്ലൊരു പങ്കും നിര്‍വ്വഹിക്കുന്ന വി.ഇ.ഒമാര്‍ക്ക് ഓഫീസ് സ്റാഫിനെ നിയമിക്കാന്‍ നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുമോ'

(ഇ) വി.ഇ.ഒ മാരുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനയോഗ്യതയും, ശമ്പളസ്കെയിലും ഉയര്‍ത്തുന്നതിനുളള നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുമോ ?
