Performance monitoring and evaluation system in Kerala.

Thiruvananthapuram.Kerala govt is going to introduce performance monitoring and evaluation system in 30 govt departments before september this year.Kerala is the third state to adopt the system launched by centre in 2005 september.

In this system, evaluate the actual achievements of a govt dept against annual targets.A Result Framework Document (RFD) would be prepared every financial year.It had been decided to take objective action to determine the progress of RFD in the first 100 days of the UDF govt. Chief minister Oommen Chandy invited central secretary, performance management ,Prajapathi Trivedi to introduce performance management system in Kerala.
