Kerala PSC today decided to go gigh court against the court order which cancelled the nativity marks to native district candidates in the exams like LGS, villageman etc.Due to the court order the recent LGS lists are in uncertainty
Earlier The Kerala High Court cancelled the rule which gives a weightage of five marks to candidates who write Public Service Commission’s recruitment tests in their native districts.Justice Antony Dominic passed the order while considering 100 odd petitions challenging the constitutional validity of Rule 5 (A) of Kerala State and Subordinate Service Rules.The rule says candidates who write examinations in districts where they belong to will get a 5-mark weightage in selection.
