there was a good iscussion regarding the ina abilities of state leadership during last sessions. but that spirit was not shown by veo s for the election. because new veo including me have to understand only havingf enough representation in state leadership, in the next conferance we can reduce the chain of nadakkatha demands in our notice and achieve something, form new union for veo s only if new veo like me want tocontinue thi post, have union of new blood not old selfish jbdo in leadership

all veos must fight against the supremacy of other extension officers.they are forcing us to work as ass.which act tells 100%mgnregs checking? is sgsy target oriented scheme?
Very good! Mr;Raghavan. U said it! Our higher officers in RD were our headache! We are getting a lot of respect from Gramapanchayaths. Though we're transferred officers to panchayaths, the block officials make so many burden on us! They are giving additional load and they treat us as bullocks. If we get salary from the Panchayath, we can shout back to this officers! So try for getting salary self drawn. For this please bring other implementing officers under an umber law
no benefit for the veos for the seperation of pt,municipality&r.d. benefit only for some people.iam not mentioning the names now.without pt. co-operation any central schemes cannot be implimented.beneficieries are selected from gramasabha.mgnregs,iay,tsc etc.cannot be successful without pt.
mr raghavan is a senior veo and he was with kcdoe for long time in palakkad. it is only now he is so much agitated , i am not blaming him. he is now against kcdoe because he was not given any post . we need sincere persons especially grade 2 veos and have meeting . if goverment not listening to our demand we can go indefinte strike from march 25. so friendsif u have any sincerity more than writing message come forward we the young blood can unite and have ultimate strike against bursha officials and politicians
